Summary:The present invention relates to a reflector for an iris recognition infrared light emitting device, which not only can simplify a manufacturing process, but also can significantly reduce the manufacturing costs by multi-molding, and to a method for manufacturing the same. The method comprises the steps of: a) forming a cylindrical reflective layer substrate whose inner diameter decreases toward a lower side by deep drawing processing after hole-forming a central portion of a copper material by notching processing; b) forming a reflective layer by forming a nickel and gold plating layer on an inner circumferential surface of the reflective layer substrate; and c) injecting a molten resin in a state in which the reflective layer substrate on which the reflective layer is formed is inserted to form a housing on an outer circumferential surface of the reflective layer substrate. 본 발명은 제조 공정을 간소화킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 멀티 성형이 가능하여 제조비용을 대폭 줄일 수 있는 홍채인식 적외선발광디바이스용 리플렉터 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, a) 동소재의 중앙부를 노칭가공에 의해 홀성형한 후 딥 드로잉가공에 의해 하측으로 갈수록 내경이 작아지는 원통형의 반사층 기재를 성형하는 단계와; b) 상기 반사층 기재의 내주면에 니켈 및 금 도금층을 형성하여 반사층을 형성하는 단계와; c) 상기 반사층이 형성된 반사층 기재를 인서트한 상태에서 용융수지를 주입하여 상기 반사층 기재의 외주면에 하우징을 성형하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
