본 발명의 실시예는 디스플레이 장치, 디스플레이 장치 제조 방법 및 전자 기기에 관한 것이다. 상기 디스플레이 장치는: 능동 유기 발광 다이오드(active organic light emitting diode, AMOLED) 패널, 터치 패널, 칩 IC, 인쇄 회로 기판(printed circuit board, PCB)을 포함한다. 상기 터치 패널은 상기 AMOLED의 상부 표면에 배치되고, 상기 터치 패널 및 상기 AMOLED 패널은 각각 인출 라인(outgoing line)을 가진다. 상기 터치 패널의 인출 라인 및 상기 AMOLED 패널의 인출 라인은 별도로 확장되어 상기 터치 패널의 인출 라인 연장 단부(outgoing line extension end) 및 상기 AMOLED 패널의 인출 라인 연장 단부를 형성한다. 상기 AMOLED 패널의 인출 라인 연장 단부 및 상기 터치 패널의 인출 라인 연장 단부는 상기 칩 IC를 사용하여 상기 인쇄 회로 기판(PCB)에 전기적으로 연결된다. 상기 칩 IC는 상기 디스플레이 장치를 구동하여 픽처를 표시하도록 구성된다. 본 실시예에서 제공하는 디스플레이 장치, 디스플레이 장치 제조 방법 및 전자 기기에 따르면, 터치 패널의 인출 라인과 AMOLED 패널의 인출 라인이 연장되어, 종래 기술에서 FPC를 사용하여 라우팅되는 터치 패널의 구동 라인 및 AMOLED 패널의 구동 라인을 대체하므로, 디스플레이 장치를 제조하기 위해 상대적으로 많은 부품을 사용해야 하고 그 결과 수율이 낮고 비용이 높은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결한다. The outgoing line of the touch panel and the outgoing line of the AMOLED panel are separately extended to form an outgoing line extension end of the touch panel and an outgoing line extension end of the AMOLED panel. The outgoing line extension end of the AMOLED panel and the outgoing line extension end of the touch panel are electrically connected to the printed circuit board PCB by using the chip IC. The chip IC is configured to drive the display apparatus to display a picture. According to the display apparatus, the method for manufacturing the display apparatus, and the electronic device that are provided in the embodiments, the outgoing line of the touch panel and the outgoing line of the AMOLED panel are extended, to replace a drive line of the touch panel and a drive line of the AMOLED panel that are routed by using an FPC in the prior art, so as to resolve a problem in the prior art that a relatively large quantity of components need to be used to manufacture a display apparatus, resulting in a low yield rate and high costs.
