Summary:The present disclosure relates to a method for providing a V2X service in new RAT and a device thereof. Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for controlling a sidelink HARQ feedback operation by a terminal. The method comprises the steps of: receiving groupcast sidelink data from a transmission terminal through physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH); determining whether to transfer HARQ feedback information of the groupcast sidelink data based on positioning information of the transmission terminal; and transmitting the HARQ feedback information if the transmission of the HARQ feedback information is determined. 본 개시는 차세대 무선 접속 기술(New RAT)에서 V2X 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 실시예들은 단말이 사이드링크 HARQ 피드백 동작을 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 송신 단말로부터 그룹캐스트 사이드링크 데이터를 PSSCH(Physical Sidelink Shared CHannel)를 통해서 수신하는 단계와 송신 단말의 위치정보에 기초하여 그룹캐스트 사이드링크 데이터의 HARQ 피드백 정보의 전송 여부를 결정하는 단계 및 HARQ 피드백 정보의 전송이 결정되는 경우, HARQ 피드백 정보를 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 방법 및 장치를 제공한다.
