The present invention relates to an antibacterial polymer coating composition including: a (meth)acrylpolyol resin having a number average molecular weight of 3,000-20,000; a (co)polymer including ethylene glycol repeating units; and a photosensitizer, an antibacterial polymer film including a cured product of the antibacterial polymer coating composition, and an antibacterial polymer film including: a substrate layer including a (meth)acrylpolyol resin having a number average molecular weight of 3,000-20,000 and a (co)polymer including ethylene glycol repeating units; and a photosensitizer dispersed in the substrate layer. 본 발명은, 3,000 내지 20,000의 수평균분자량을 갖는 (메트)아크릴폴리올 수지; 에틸린 글리콜 반복 단위를 포함한 (공)중합체; 및 광감응제;를 포함하는 항균성 고분자 코팅 조성물과, 항균성 고분자 코팅 조성물의 경화물을 포함하는 항균성 고분자 필름과, 3,000 내지 20,000의 수평균분자량을 갖는 (메트)아크릴폴리올 수지 및 에틸린 글리콜 반복 단위를 포함한 (공)중합체를 포함한 기재층 및 상기 기재층에 분산된 광감응제;를 포함하는 항균성 고분자 필름에 관한 것이다.
