The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating neuroinflammatory disorders, containing a bee venom extract as an active component. More specifically, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition or a health functional food composition for preventing or treating neuroinflammatory disorders, both of which contain, as an active component, a bee venom extract in which the amount of phospholipase A2 (PLA2) is 50 to 85%. The bee venom extract alleviates decreased motor functions caused by neurotoxicity and has neuroprotective and neuroinflammation-relieving effects, thereby being able to prevent or treat neuroinflammatory disorders. Especially, the pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention can further improve an effect of preventing or treating neuroinflammatory disorders by being subcutaneously administered or by being co-administered with a STAT3 inhibitor or an NF-κB inhibitor, thereby enabling more effective prevention or treatment of neuroinflammatory disorders. 본 발명은 봉독 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 신경염증 질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 PLA2(phospholipase A2) 함량이 50 내지 85%인 봉독 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 신경염증 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물 또는 건강기능식품 조성물을 제공한다. 상기 봉독 추출물은 신경 독성에 의한 운동 기능 저하를 개선시키고, 신경보호 및 신경염증 완화 효과를 가짐으로써 신경염증 질환을 예방 또는 치료할 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명에 따른 약학 조성물은 피하 투여하거나 STAT3 억제제 또는 NF-κB 억제제와 병용함으로써 신경염증 질환의 예방 또는 치료 효과를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있어, 보다 효과적으로 신경염증 질환을 예방 또는 치료할 수 있다.
