Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing expanded graphite, comprising a step of stirring after adding a mixture of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide into a graphite powder at a weight of 40 to 150 times, followed by cooling and swelling. Through the method, the present invention exhibits an effect of providing a method of manufacturing expanded graphite with no emission of toxic gases, simple process equipment, and an increased interlayer distance, and a method for manufacturing graphene oxide having excellent fluidity and liquid crystal arrangement while being easily dispersed in a hydrophilic solvent, and at the same time having a high oxidation rate and increased interlayer distance by using the expanded graphite manufactured therefrom.
본 발명은 흑연 분말에, 황산 및 과산화수소 혼합액을 40 배 내지 150 배의 중량으로 투입 및 교반한 후, 냉각시켜 스웰링하는 것을 포함하는 팽창 그라파이트 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해, 본 발명은 유독성 가스의 방출이 없고, 공정 설비가 간편하면서도, 층간 거리가 증대된 팽창 그라파이트 제조 방법 및 이로부터 제조된 팽창 그라파이트를 이용하여, 친수성 용매 내에서 쉽게 분산되면서도, 동시에 산화율이 높고, 층간 거리가 증대되어, 유동성 및 액정 배열성이 우수한 산화 그래핀 제조 방법을 제공하는 효과를 구현한다. |
