An objective of the present invention is to provide a chip-on-film package with improved heat release performance. The chip-on-film package comprises: a ductile base film having a first surface and a second surface facing each other and a chip mounting area on the first surface; a plurality of wires extending from the chip mounting area on the first surface in a first direction parallel with an extension direction of the base film; a semiconductor chip mounted on the chip mounting area on the first surface of the base film and electrically connected to the wires; a pair of heat radiation members arranged and separated from both sides of the semiconductor chip on the first surface of the base film and extended in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; and a second heat radiation member arranged on the first surface of the base film to cover the first heat radiation members and the semiconductor chip. 칩 온 필름 패키지는 서로 마주하는 제1 면 및 제2 면을 가지며 상기 제1 면 상에 칩 실장 영역을 갖는 연성의 베이스 필름, 상기 제1 면 상에서 상기 칩 실장 영역으로부터 상기 베이스 필름의 연장 방향과 평행한 제1 방향으로 연장하는 복수 개의 배선들, 상기 베이스 필름의 상기 제1 면 상의 칩 실장 영역에 실장되고 상기 배선들과 전기적으로 연결되는 반도체 칩, 상기 베이스 필름의 상기 제1 면 상에 상기 반도체 칩의 양측부로부터 이격 배치되며 상기 제1 방향과 직교하는 제2 방향으로 연장하는 한 쌍의 제1 방열 부재들, 및 상기 베이스 필름의 상기 제1 면 상에 상기 반도체 칩 및 상기 제1 방열 부재를 커버하도록 배치되는 제2 방열 부재를 포함한다.
