The present invention discloses a radar device for a vehicle. The radar device for the vehicle of the present invention comprises: a cover unit transmitting electromagnetic waves; a measuring unit installed in a position facing the cover unit and detecting an object by generating electromagnetic waves; a shield case unit installed in a position facing the cover unit with the measuring unit in between, and shielding the electromagnetic waves generated from the measuring unit; and a housing unit providing an inner space in which the shield case unit and the measuring unit are installed, and having the cover unit be installed at an opened inlet portion. 차량용 레이더장치에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 본 발명의 차량용 레이더장치는: 전자기파를 투과시키는 커버부와, 커버부와 마주하는 위치에 설치되며 전자기파를 발생시켜 대상체를 감지하는 측정부와, 측정부를 사이에 두고 커버부와 마주하는 위치에 설치되며 측정부에서 발생되는 전자기파를 차폐하는 쉴드케이스부 및 쉴드케이스부와 측정부가 설치되는 내측공간을 구비하며 개구된 입구부에 커버부가 설치되는 하우징부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
