The present invention relates to a patient transfer mediation service providing device capable of securing the continuity and convenience of medical treatment by electronically transmitting medical treatment histories of a patient by using computer techniques and network techniques, and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the patient transfer mediation service providing method for transferring patients to an affiliated hospital in a terminal of a referring hospital comprises the following steps of: outputting a list of provisional recommended affiliated hospitals including at least one provisional recommended affiliated hospital to refer a patient; determining a recommended affiliated hospital to refer the patient from the outputted list of provisional recommended affiliated hospitals; providing a patient transfer information creation interface for creating patient transfer information to be transferred to the determined recommended affiliated hospital; obtaining patient transfer input information through the provided patient transfer information creation interface; creating a patient transfer portfolio based on the obtained patient transfer input information; and transmitting the created patient transfer portfolio to the recommended affiliated hospital. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 환자 트랜스퍼 중개 서비스 제공장치 및 방법은, 의뢰병원의 단말에서 협진병원으로 환자를 인계하는 환자 트랜스퍼 중개 서비스 제공방법으로서, 상기 환자를 의뢰할 적어도 하나 이상의 가추천 협진병원을 포함하는 가추천 협진병원 리스트를 출력하는 단계; 상기 출력된 가추천 협진병원 리스트에서 상기 환자를 의뢰할 추천 협진병원을 결정하는 단계; 상기 결정된 추천 협진병원으로 송신할 환자 트랜스퍼 정보를 생성하기 위한 환자 트랜스퍼 정보 작성 인터페이스를 제공하는 단계; 상기 제공된 환자 트랜스퍼 정보 작성 인터페이스를 통해 환자 트랜스퍼 입력정보를 획득하는 단계; 상기 획득된 환자 트랜스퍼 입력정보를 기반으로 환자 트랜스퍼 포트폴리오를 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 생성된 환자 트랜스퍼 포트폴리오를 상기 추천 협진병원에 송신하는 단계를 포함한다.
