Abstract | According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a negative voltage circuit, which comprises: a first charge pump circuit which operates during a start mode and generates a negative voltage by performing first charge pumping using a first current; and a second charge pump circuit which operates during a normal operation mode after the start mode and uses a second current to perform second charge pumping to generate a negative voltage. The first current is configured to be a current larger than the second current so that the first charge pumping speed is faster than the second charge pumping speed.
