Summary:According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a negative voltage circuit, which comprises: a first charge pump circuit which operates during a start mode and generates a negative voltage by performing first charge pumping using a first current; and a second charge pump circuit which operates during a normal operation mode after the start mode and uses a second current to perform second charge pumping to generate a negative voltage. The first current is configured to be a current larger than the second current so that the first charge pumping speed is faster than the second charge pumping speed. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 네가티브 전압 회로는, 기동 모드 동안에 동작하고, 제1 전류를 이용하여 제1 차지펌핑을 수행하여 네가티브 전압을 생성하는 제1 차지펌프 회로; 및 상기 기동 모드 이후의 정상 동작모드 동안에 동작하고, 제2 전류를 이용하여 제2 차지펌핑을 수행하여 네가티브 전압을 생성하는 제2 차지펌프 회로; 를 포함하고, 상기 제1 전류는, 상기 제1 차지펌핑 속도가 상기 제2 차지펌핑 속도보다 빠르도록, 상기 제2 전류보다 큰 전류가 되도록 구성된다.
