The present invention relates to a functional corrugated board box easy to recycle and a manufacturing method thereof. The functional corrugated board box comprises: a corrugated board (100) which is formed into a rectangular parallelepiped box (B) if folded along a folding line (120) formed on a development surface, which is separately provided with a wing (110) at one side, and in which a portion from both side end parts and a vertical folding line (121) to a predetermined distance is defined as a bonding area (A1) and the remaining area is defined as a non-bonding area (A2) among all the area of the development surface; an adhesive (200) coated in a straight line form on the bonding area (A1) of the corrugated board (100); a functional sheet (300) bonded on the surface of the corrugated board (100) except the wing (110) by means of the adhesive (200); and an additional adhesive (400) coated on the surface of the wing (110). 본 발명은 재활용이 용이한 기능성 골판지 박스 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 전개면에 형성된 접이선(120)을 따라 접으면 직육면체 형상의 박스(B)가 되고, 일측에 날개(110)가 별도로 구비되며, 상기 전개면의 전체영역 중, 양측 단부 및 세로 접이선(121)으로부터 소정거리까지는 접착영역(A1)으로 정의되고 나머지 영역은 비접착영역(A2)으로 정의되는 골판지(100); 상기 골판지(100)의 접착영역(A1)에 선형으로 도포되는 접착제(200); 상기 접착제(200)를 매개로 상기 날개(110)를 제외한 골판지(100)의 표면에 부착되는 기능성 시트(300); 및 상기 날개(110)의 표면에 도포되는 추가 접착제(400);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
