Provided is a manufacturing method of a multilayer structure type heat dissipation adhesive tape, comprising: a prepolymer manufacturing step of preparing a prepolymer syrup by mixing at least one acrylic monomer with a first photoinitiator and irradiating UV; a core layer manufacturing step of preparing a core layer comprising a predetermined amount of the prepolymer syrup, expandable graphite, an inorganic heat dissipation filler, and a second photoinitiator; a skin layer manufacturing step of laminating a skin layer containing a predetermined amount of the prepolymer syrup, a non-conductive inorganic heat dissipation filler, and a third photoinitiator on one surface of the core layer and the opposite surface thereof; and a finishing step of compressing one surface of a multilayer structure and the opposite surface thereof, in which the core layer and the skin layer are stacked, in the thickness direction, wherein the at least one acrylic monomer contains a first monomer, and the prepolymer syrup has a viscosity of 100 to 2,000 cps. Accordingly, the present invention can improve the safety of electronic devices. 하나 이상의 아크릴계 단량체를 제1광개시제와 혼합하고 UV를 조사하여프리폴리머 시럽을 제조하는 프리폴리머 제조단계, 일정량의 상기 프리폴리머 시럽, 익스팬더블 그라파이트(Expandible Graphite), 무기 방열 필러 및 제2광개시제를 포함하는 코어층을 제조하는 코어층 제조단계, 일정량의 상기 프리폴리머 시럽, 비전도성 무기 방열 필러 및 제3광개시제를 포함하는 스킨층을 상기 코어층의 일 넓이면과 이의 대향면에 적층하는 스킨층 제조단계 및 상기 코어층과 스킨층이 적층된 다층구조체의 일 넓이면과 이의 대향면을 두께방향으로 압착하는 마무리단계를 포함하고, 상기 하나 이상의 아크릴계 단량체는 제1단량체를 포함하고, 상기 프리폴리머 시럽은 점도가 100 ~ 2,000 cps인 다층구조형 방열 점착테이프의 제조방법을 제공한다.
