The present invention relates to a fluctuating pressure measuring device for measuring fluctuating pressure generated by a propeller. The fluctuating pressure measuring device includes: a main body; an attachment part provided on an inner upper part of the main body so that the main body is attached to a hull shell; a pressure sensor that is provided in an inner lower part of the main body and measures fluctuating pressure by the propeller to generate pressure measurement information; a memory part that is built into the main body and stores the pressure measurement information generated by measurement of the pressure sensor; a communication part that is built into the main body and transmits and receives the pressure measurement information stored in the memory part from external devices; a control part that is built into the main body and controls the pressure measurement of the pressure sensor, controls the transmission and reception of the pressure measurement information of the communication part and generates an on-off operation signal for turning the power on and off; and a driving part built into the main body to drive the pressure sensor according to the on-off operation signal of the control part. 변동압력 계측장치에 관한 것으로, 본체, 본체 내측 상부에 구비되어 본체가 선체 외판에 부착되도록 하는 부착부, 본체의 내측 하부에 구비되고, 프로펠러에 의한 변동압력을 계측하여 압력계측정보를 생성하는 압력센서, 본체에 내장되고, 압력센서에서 계측되어 생성된 압력계측정보를 저장하는 메모리부, 본체에 내장되고, 메모리부에 저장된 압력계측정보를 외부장치와 송수신하는 통신부, 본체에 내장되어, 압력센서의 압력 계측을 제어하고, 통신부의 압력계측정보 송수신을 제어하며, 전원을 온오프 하기 위한 온오프 동작 신호를 생성하는 제어부 및 본체에 내장되고, 제어부의 온오프 동작 신호에 따라 압력센서를 구동하기 위한 구동부를 포함하여 구성된다.
