Summary:According to the present invention, disclosed is a portable fan from which cold wind is emitted. The portable fan of the present invention comprises: a body casing (10) having a rotating blade for discharging wind to a discharge unit (16) formed on a front surface, and embedded with a driving source for rotating the rotating blade; a cover (20) detachably mounted on a rear surface of the body casing (10), and molded with a plurality of vent holes; and a refrigerant container (30) supported on any one side of a front surface of the cover (20) and a rear surface of the body casing (10), and embedded with a refrigerant absorbing heat by a phase change. Also, air inducted through the cover (20) is cooled to a lower temperature by being in contact with the refrigerant container (30) of a low temperature state, and is discharged to the discharge unit. The refrigerant container is installed upside down to be downwardly installed with an inlet, and a water receiver (14) is detachably installed at a lower end of the body casing (10). Also, a filter having a lower end to be wetted is installed in the water receiver, such that water dissolved and dropped from the refrigerant container passes through the wet filter to be discharged to the discharge unit. 본 발명은 찬바람이 나오는 포터블 선풍기를 제안한다. 본 발명 선풍기는, 전면에 형성된 토출부(16)로 바람을 토출하기 위한 회전날개와, 상기 회전날개를 회전시키는 구동원을 내장하고 있는 본체케이싱(10)과; 상기 본체케이싱(10)의 후면에 착탈 가능하게 장착되고, 다수의 통기공이 성형되는 커버(20); 그리고 상기 커버(20)의 전면 또는 본체케이싱(10)의 후면의 어느 일측에 지지되고, 상변화에 의하여 열을 흡수하는 냉매가 내장된 냉매용기(30)로 구성된다. 그리고 커버(20)를 통하여 흡입된 공기가 저온상태의 냉매용기(30)와의 접촉을 통하여 저온화되어 토출부로 토출된다. 여기서 냉매용기는 거꾸로 세워져서 입구가 하방을 향하도록 설치되고, 본체케이싱(10)의 하단부에는 물받이(14)가 착탈 가능하게 설치되며, 상기 물받이에는 하단부가 적져지는 필터가 설치되어, 냉매용기에서 녹아내린 물이 적셔진 필터를 통과하여 토출부로 토출될 수 있다.
