본 발명은 일반식 (J)의 3'3' 사이클릭 포스포네이트 다이뉴클레오티드, 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염, 이를 포함하는 약학적 조성물, 및 상기 물질과 기타 의약제 또는 약제의 조합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 암, 바이러스성 질환, 알레르기성 질환 및 염증성 질환과 같은 STING 단백질 조절에 의해 변형가능한 질환 또는 병태를 치료 또는 예방하기 위한 상기한 화합물의 용도에 관한 것이다. 또한, 상기한 물질들은 백신에 보강제로서 사용될 수 있다. Provided herein are the 3′3′ cyclic phosphonate dinucleotides of general formula J, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, a pharmaceutical composition containing them and combinations of said substances and other medicaments or pharmaceuticals. The disclosure also relates to the use of said compounds for the treatment or prevention of diseases or conditions modifiable by STING protein modulation, such as cancer or viral, allergic and inflammatory diseases. In addition, these substances can be used as adjuvants in vaccines.
