Provided is a virtual image display device, which comprises: a virtual image generation unit which generates a virtual image corresponding to an image change signal; a virtual image display unit which is made of a transparent material to enable the front gaze and displays a virtual image received from the virtual image generation unit; a front detection unit which photographs the front and generates a front image; an abnormal state database which matches and stores an abnormal state and an image change signal; and a virtual image control unit which determines an abnormal state from the front image received from the front detection unit and extracts the image change signal corresponding to the calculated abnormal state from the abnormal state database to transmit the image change signal to the virtual image generation unit. 가상 이미지 디스플레이 장치는 이미지 변경 신호에 부합하는 가상 이미지를 생성하는 가상 이미지 생성부, 전방 주시가 가능하게 투명 재질로 구성되고 가상 이미지 생성부로터 수신하는 가상 이미지를 디스플레이하는 가상 이미지 표시부, 전방을 촬영하여 전방 이미지를 생성하는 전방 감지부, 이상 상태와 이미지 변경 신호를 매칭 저장하는 이상상태 데이터베이스, 전방 감지부로부터 수신하는 전방 이미지로부터 이상 상태를 판단하고 산출된 이상 상태에 대응하는 이미지 변경 신호를 이상상태 데이터베이스로부터 추출하여 가상 이미지 생성부로 전송하는 가상 이미지 제어부를 구비한다.
