Summary:The present invention relates to a video playback method. According to the present invention, the method may quickly play a video according to a video playback time requested by a user without changing the group of video (GOV) setting or codec setting, by transmitting and receiving a frame before the requested video playback time without any rate limit and performing only the decoding, and performing decoding and video playback according to the playback speed by transmitting and receiving frames after the video playback time. 본 발명은 영상 재생 방법에 관한 것으로, 요청받은 영상 재생시점 이전 프레임은 속도 제한없이 송수신하여 디코딩만 수행하고, 영상 재생시점 이후 프레임은 재생속도에 따라 송수신하여 디코딩 및 영상 재생을 수행함으로써 GOV 설정이나 코덱 설정의 변경없이 사용자가 요청한 영상재생시점에 맞게 영상을 빠르게 재생할 수 있다.
