Summary:A post-treatment device is disclosed. The post-treatment device includes a three-way catalyst, a selective reduction catalyst, and a carbon monoxide removal catalyst sequentially arranged in an exhaust pipe through which an exhaust gas flows. The carbon monoxide removal catalyst includes zeolite in which copper and iron are ion-exchanged, and ceria on which platinum is supported, wherein the content of ceria may be 30 to 70 wt% based on the total weight of the catalyst to purify ammonia at a light air-fuel ratio and purify ammonia for a delay time at a rich air-fuel ratio. 후처리 장치가 개시된다. 상기 후처리 장치는 배출가스가 흘러가는 배기 파이프에 순차적으로 배치된 삼원 촉매, 선택적 환원 촉매, 그리고 일산화탄소 제거 촉매를 포함한다. 상기 일산화탄소 제거 촉매는 구리와 철이 이온 교환된 제올라이트와 백금이 담지된 세리아를 포함하고, 연한 공연비에서 암모니아를 정화하고 농후한 공연비에서 지연 시간 동안 암모니아를 정화하도록 상기 세리아의 함량은 촉매 전체 중량에 대하여 30 ~ 70 중량%일 수 있다.
