Summary:The present invention provides a technique for an apparatus for extracting a feature point and the similarity to check whether an original app is used for an obfuscated Android application and a method thereof. The apparatus comprises: a feature extraction unit extracting an implicit intent component including an intent-filter in a lower tag in the AndroidManifest.xml of the comparison app; and a comparison unit calculating the similarity by comparing the information extracted by the feature extraction unit with the original app. 본 발명은 난독화된 안드로이드 애플리케이션을 대상으로 원본 앱이 이용되었는지 확인하기 위하여, 특징점을 추출하고 유사도를 비교하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 기술로서, 비교 앱의 AndroidManifest.xml에서 하위 태그에 인텐트필터(Intent-filter)를 포함하는 암시적 인텐트(Implicit intent) 컴포넌트를 추출하는 특징추출부, 특징추출부가 추출한 정보를 원본 앱과 비교하여 유사도를 산출하는 비교부를 포함한다.
