Summary:The present invention relates to a perovskite solar cell encapsulated with SiO_2 and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to the perovskite solar cell which not only exhibits excellent waterproofing effect, but also exhibits high lifespan and excellent mechanical properties by using an ultra-thin encapsulation layer composed of the SiO_2. To this end, the perovskite solar cell comprises a flexible substrate, a first encapsulation layer, a middle layer, an adhesive layer, and a second encapsulation layer. 본 발명은 SiO로 인캡슐레이션화된 페로브스카이트 태양전지 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 SiO로 구성되는 초박막 두께의 인캡슐레이션층을 이용하여 우수한 방수 효과를 나타낼 뿐만 아니라 높은 수명 및 우수한 기계적 특성을 나타내는 페로브스카이트 태양전지에 관한 것이다.
