The present invention relates to a hydraulic jack apparatus, which supports a weight object on a lower portion to lift the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the hydraulic jack apparatus having a height adjustment function includes: a hydraulic pump; a cylinder connected to the hydraulic pump by using a pressure-resistant hose as a medium; a ram of which one side is inserted into the cylinder and which is lifted by hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic pump; and a height adjusting part including one or more height compensating modules having a first coupling groove in a shape corresponding to the other end of the ram at the bottom, coupled to the other end of the ram, and compensating for an interval between the ram and the weight object so as to stably support and lift the weight object. 본 발명은 중량물을 하부에서 지지하여 들어올리는 유압잭 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 높이조절 기능을 갖는 유압잭 장치는 유압 펌프; 내압 호스를 매개로 상기 유압 펌프에 연결된 실린더; 일측이 상기 실린더에 삽입되고, 상기 유압 펌프의 유압에 의해 승강되는 램; 및 중량물을 안정적으로 지지하여 들어올릴 수 있도록, 저면에 상기 램의 타단에 대응되는 형상의 제1 결합홈이 형성되어 상기 램의 타단에 결합되어 상기 램과 중량물 사이 간격을 보상하는 하나 이상의 높이보상 모듈을 포함하는 높이 조절부;를 포함한다.
