Disclosed is a heat medium mixing device which enables precise temperature control through a PID control while maintaining a flow rate or pressure of heat medium required in a manufacturing process. The mixing device includes: a cooling channel valve connected to a cooling channel of a chiller device to supply or recover the heat medium; a heating channel valve connected to the heating channel to supply or recover the heat medium; and a circulation pump installed in a closed loop consisting of a supply line to a manufacturing facility and a recovery line from the manufacturing facility. The flow rate and pressure of the heat medium supplied to the manufacturing facility are maintained by the circulation pump, and the temperature of the heat medium is adjusted by the opening rate of each valve. 제조 공정에서 요구하는 열 매체의 유량이나 압력을 유지하면서 PID 제어를 통한 정밀 온도 제어가 가능한 열 매체의 혼합장치가 개시된다. 상기 혼합장치는, 칠러장치의 쿨링 채널에 연결되어 열 매체를 공급하거나 회수하는 쿨링채널 밸브, 히팅 채널에 연결되어 열 매체를 공급하거나 회수하는 히팅채널 밸브, 및 제조 설비로의 공급라인과 제조 설비로부터의 회수라인으로 이루어지는 폐루프에 설치되는 순환 펌프를 포함하며, 상기 제조 설비로 공급되는 열 매체의 유량과 압력은 상기 순환 펌프에 의해 유지되고, 온도는 상기 각 밸브의 개도율에 의해 조정된다.
