The present invention relates to a traction unit for fracture treatment. The traction unit for fracture treatment according to the present invention includes: a main shaft (100) coupled to a fixing unit (200) that comes in contact with a fracture site; a first traction unit (300) that is provided at one end of the main shaft (100) to pull an incision in a first direction; and a second traction unit (400) provided at the other end of the main shaft (100) to pull the incision in a second direction. 본 발며은 골절치료용 견인유닛에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 골절치료용 견인유닛은 골절부위에 접촉되는 고정유닛(200)과 결합되는 메인축(100), 메인축(100)의 일단에 구비되어 절개부위를 제1 방향으로 견인하는 제1 견인부(300), 및 메인축(100)의 타단에 구비되어 절개부위를 제2 방향으로 견인하는 제2 견인부(400)를 포함한다.
