The present invention relates to a peptide for preventing skin aging and reducing wrinkles, and a composition including the same. Particularly, the prevent invention relates to a novel peptide for preventing skin aging and reducing wrinkles, including: a tripeptide of glycine-histidine-lysine; and polyarginine linked to the carboxyl end of the tripeptide, and a composition for preventing skin aging and reducing wrinkles including the peptide. The peptide and composition according to the present invention can be introduced into cytoplasm more rapidly and efficiently as compared to the conventional GHK tripeptide, and can prevent skin aging and can reduce wrinkles to a similar level at a lower concentration as compared to the GHK tripeptide. 본 발명은 피부 노화방지 및 주름개선용 펩타이드 및 이를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 글라이신(glycine)-히스티딘(histidine)-라이신(lysine) 트리펩타이드(tripeptide); 및 상기 트리펩타이드의 카복시 말단에 연결된 폴리아르기닌(polyarginine)을 포함하는 신규한 피부 노화방지 및 주름개선용 펩타이드 및 상기 펩타이드를 포함하는 피부 노화방지 및 주름개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 펩타이드 및 조성물은 기존의 GHK 트리펩타이드에 비해 세포질 내로 빠르고 효율적으로 유입될 수 있고, GHK 트리펩타이드에 비해 저농도에서도 유사한 수준으로 피부 노화를 방지하고 주름을 개선할 수 있다.
