Summary:Disclosed is a curved tempered glass bonding method for bonding a curved tempered glass with an insert fastener interposed therebetween to reduce a defect ratio. According to the present invention, the curved tempered glass bonding method comprises: a cutting step of cutting a flat glass; a perforation step of forming a hole in the cut flat glass; a curving and tempering step of curving and tempering a first perforated flat glass and a second non-perforated flat glass to make a first perforated curved tempered glass and a second non-perforated curved tempered glass, respectively; a fastener insertion step of inserting a fastener into the hole of the first curved tempered glass; a stacking step of stacking the first curved tempered glass, a middle layer, and the second curved tempered glass to form a laminate; a sealing step of sealing at least an edge portion of the laminate; a pre-pressing step of forming vacuum in the laminate whose at least the edge portion is sealed to check a sealing state and temporarily bonding the laminate; and a main-pressing step of inputting the temporarily bonding laminate in a heating furnace to complete bonding. 삽입형 체결구를 개재시킨 상태로 곡면강화유리를 접합하는 곡면강화유리 접합방법이 개시된다. 상기 곡면강화유리 접합방법은, 평판유리를 절단하는 재단 단계와; 재단된 평판유리에 구멍을 형성하는 천공 단계와; 구멍이 형성된 제1 평판유리 및 구멍이 형성되지 않은 제2 평판유리를 각각 곡면강화 처리하여, 구멍이 형성된 제1 곡면강화유리 및 구멍이 형성되지 않은 제2 곡면강화유리를 제작하는 곡면강화 단계와; 상기 제1 곡면강화유리의 구멍에 체결구를 삽입하는 체결구 삽입 단계와; 상기 제1 곡면강화유리와, 중간층과, 상기 제2 곡면강화유리를 적층하여 적층체를 형성하는 적층 단계와; 상기 적층체의 적어도 가장자리 부분을 밀봉하는 밀봉 단계와; 적어도 가장자리 부분이 밀봉된 상기 적층체에 진공을 가하여 밀봉 상태를 확인하고 상기 적층체를 가접합하는 예압 단계와; 가접합된 상기 적층체를 가열로에 투입하여 접합을 완료시키는 본압 단계; 를 포함할 수 있다.
