Therefore, the table mat can induce users who are uncomfortable to eat alone to eat alone. The table mat includes: a mat surface having flexibility of a silicone material; and a guideline for dividing a food arrangement area on the upper surface of the mat surface. 음식의 위치를 설정해주는 테이블 매트가 개시된다.　 테이블 매트는 실리콘 재질의 유연성을 갖는 판으로, 사용자의 작업 반경을 고려하여 식사 장소와 무관하게 음식이 담긴 식기가 놓아지는 위치를 지정함으로써, 혼자서 밥을 먹는 행위가 불편한 사용자가 혼자서 식사를 할 수 있도록 유도 할 수 있다.
