Summary: | The present invention relates to an organic compound in which a condensed heteroaromatic moiety having a p-type property and an aza-acridine moiety having an n-type property are linked through an aromatic linking group. The organic compound according to the present invention contains a plurality of condensed heteroaromatic rings to have a relatively high energy level, and has biopolar characteristics, so that holes and electrons can be recombined in a balanced way in a light emitting material layer. By introducing the organic compound of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture and implement a light emitting diode and a light emitting apparatus having improved luminous efficiency and device lifespan.
본 발명은 p-타입 특성을 가지는 축합 헤테로 방향족 모이어티와, n-타입 특성을 가지는 아자-아크리딘 모이어티가 방향족 연결기를 통하여 연결된 유기 화합물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 유기 화합물은 다수의 축합 헤테로 방향족 고리를 포함하고 있어 상대적으로 높은 에너지 준위를 갖는다. 바이폴라(bipolar) 특성을 가지고 있어 정공과 전자가 발광물질층에서 균형 있게 재결합할 수 있다. 본 발명의 유기 화합물을 도입하여, 발광 효율 및 소자 수명이 개선된 유기발광다이오드 및 유기발광장치를 제조, 구현할 수 있다. |
