The present invention relates to a GIS-web based integrated water circulation management system, which enables the amount of pre-established water circulation share for various projects in private or public to be effectively delivered in accordance with a subject and place of the project and supports the smooth progress of preliminary consultations for a water circulation recovery. The GIS-web based integrated water circulation management system includes: a water circulation management server that provides information for water circulation along with geographic information of a target site by establishing current status and planning data related to water circulation at the target site; and a server access program that connects to the water circulation management server through a network and provides water circulation related services from information provided from the water circulation management server, and a user using the same. 본 발명은 민간 또는 공공에서의 각종 사업에 대해 기 수립된 물순환 분담량이 사업의 주체와 장소에 부합하여 효과적으로 전달될 수 있도록 하고, 물순환 회복 사전협의가 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 지원하는 GIS-WEB 기반의 물순환 통합관리시스템에 관한 것으로, 대상지의 물순환 관련 현황 및 계획 데이터가 구축되어, 대상지의 지리정보와 함께 물순환을 위한 정보를 제공 해주는 물순환관리 서버와. 상기 물순환관리 서버에 네트워트를 통해 접속하여 물순환관리 서버로부터 제공받은 정보로부터 물순환 관련 서비스를 제공해 주는 서버접속 프로그램 및 이를 이용하는 사용자를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.
