Summary:The present invention provides an ultra-small disposable IoT-based health monitoring method as a way of conveniently performing health monitoring at a place which is not a medical institution, namely a place without medical equipment. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the health monitoring method comprises: a step in which a disposable IoT terminal worn on a patient measures an ECG; a step in which the disposable IoT terminal transmits measured ECG data to an edge server; a step in which the edge server transfers the received ECG data to a hospital server; and a step in which the hospital server stores the received ECG data. Accordingly, health monitoring can be conveniently performed at a place which is not a medical institution, namely an accident scene or a home without medical equipment by ultra-small disposable IoT-based health monitoring. 의료기관이 아닌 곳, 즉, 의료장비가 없는 곳에서도 간편하게 건강 모니터링을 수행하기 위한 방안으로, 초소형 Disposable IoT 기반의 건강 모니터링 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 건강 모니터링 방법은 환자에 착용된 Disposable IoT 단말이, ECG를 측정하는 단계; Disposable IoT 단말이, 측정된 ECG 데이터를 에지 서버로 전송하는 단계; 에지 서버가, 수신한 ECG 데이터를 병원 서버로 전달하는 단계; 병원 서버가, 수신한 ECG 데이터를 저장하는 단계;를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 초소형 Disposable IoT 기반의 건강 모니터링을 통해, 의료기관이 아닌 곳, 즉, 의료장비가 없는 사고 현장이나 가정 등에서도 간편하게 건강 모니터링을 수행할 수 있게 된다.
