Summary: | The present invention relates to an air circulation apparatus, in which a mixing unit having a blowing fan formed at an upper part is provided therein, a gas supply unit is connected to a gas inlet of the mixing unit, an air supply amount control device lifted and lowered to move toward an air supply inlet is installed at the lower part of the mixing unit to approach the air supply amount control device to the air inlet as soon as a gas is supplied into the mixing unit such that an amount of air induced into the mixing unit through the air inlet gets less than a gas supply amount, thereby preventing a lifting phenomenon and explosion ignition at ignition time in a burner part of a boiler. The present invention performs automatic control to reduce the air supply amount rather than the amount of gas induced into the mixing unit as the air supply amount control device approaches the air inlet as soon as the gas is supplied into the mixing unit, performs automatic control for the amount of the air induced into the mixing unit to prevent the explosion ignition and the lifting phenomenon at the ignition time in the burner part of the boiler, additionally, performs automatic control to supply air into the mixing unit by the supply amount ratio corresponding to a set gas supply amount as the air supply amount control device is spaced from the air inlet at a predetermined distance during flame ignition in the burner part, and allows the air supply amount control device to automatically control the amount of the air induced into the mixing unit at the ignition step, thereby enhancing combustion performance of the mixed gas, and accordingly enhancing product stability and reliability.
본 발명은 공기순환장치에 관한 것으로, 내측 상부에 송풍팬을 형성한 혼합부를 구비하고, 이 혼합부의 가스유입구에 가스공급부를 연결하며, 혼합부 하부에 공기유입구 방향을 향해 승강 이동되는 공기공급량제어장치를 설치하여, 혼합부 내로 가스를 공급함과 동시에 공기공급량제어장치를 공기유입구에 근접시켜, 공기유입구를 통해 혼합부 내로 유입되는 공기량이 가스공급량에 비해 적어지도록 함으로써, 보일러의 버너부에서 점화시 리프팅 현상 및 폭발점화가 일어나는 것을 방지한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 혼합부 내로 가스 공급과 동시에 공기공급량제어장치가 공기유입공으로 근접되면서, 혼합부 내로 유입되는 가스량에 비해 공기 공급량이 저하되도록 자동 조절하고, 혼합부 내로 유입되는 공기량 자동 조절로 보일러의 버너부에서 점화작동시 폭발점화 및 리프트 현상이 발생되는 것이 방지되며, 또한, 버너부에서 화염 점화시 공기공급량제어장치가 공기유입구에서 정해진 거리 이격되면서, 설정된 가스공급량에 대응하는 비율의 공기공급량이 혼합부 내로 공급되도록 자동 조절하고, 공기공급량제어장치가 점화단계에서 혼합부 내로 유입되는 공기량을 자동조절하여, 혼합가스의 연소성능이 향상되며, 이에따라, 제품의 안전성 및 신뢰성이 향상되는 장점이 있다. |
