According to the present invention, disclosed is a strip-jam prevention device for a cutting part in a rotary shear. According to one aspect of the present invention, the strip-jam prevention device for a cutting part in a rotary shear can prevent jamming of a strip occurring in the cutting part of the rotary shear for cutting a welded part of a leading strip and a trailing strip being transferred.
