Disclosed is a reagent metering device of a vacuum blood collection tube, including: an upper fixing plate; a lower fixing plate; a quantitative cylinder; a cylinder fixing plate for fixing the quantitative cylinder; a servo actuator that raises the cylinder fixing plate to fill a certain amount of reagent into the cylinder; and a control panel for controlling the amount of reagent injection by adjusting the movement of the quantitative cylinder and the servo actuator.
