The present invention relates to a gas supply system and a ship having the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, the gas supply system includes: a fuel tank storing liquefied gas therein; a pressure build-up unit (PBU) provided in the fuel tank and heating the liquefied gas stored in the fuel tank so that the liquefied gas returns to the fuel tank; and a liquefied gas supply line supplying the liquefied gas stored in the fuel tank to an engine, wherein the liquefied gas supply line branches from the PBU and supplies a part of the liquefied gas heated in the PBU to return to the fuel tank to the engine. 본 발명은 가스 공급 시스템 및 이를 구비한 선박에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 가스 공급 시스템은, 액화가스를 저장하는 연료탱크; 상기 연료탱크에 마련되어 상기 연료탱크에 저장된 액화가스를 가열해 상기 연료탱크로 리턴시키는 PBU(pressure build-up unit); 및 상기 연료탱크에 저장된 액화가스를 엔진으로 공급하는 액화가스 공급라인을 포함하되, 상기 액화가스 공급라인은, 상기 PBU에서 분기되고, 상기 PBU에서 가열되어 상기 연료탱크로 리턴되는 액화가스 중 일부를 상기 엔진으로 공급한다.
