Summary:A composite sheet having heat dissipation and heat insulation functions of the present invention and a manufacturing method thereof provide a composite sheet having dual functions of heat dissipation and heat insulation by positioning a heat insulation layer including aerogel on a heat dissipating layer including a graphite sheet having a surface pattern using an anchoring effect. In particular, even if a separate surface treatment using ammonia or the like is not applied on the graphite sheet, it is possible to provide a composite material with excellent heat dissipation and heat insulation functions as the heat dissipating layer and the insulation layer are well bonded during the aerogel formation process. 본 발명의 방열 및 단열 기능성을 갖는 복합시트 및 이의 제조방법은 투묘효과 등을 이용하여 표면패턴을 갖는 그라파이트 시트를 포함하는 방열층 상에 에어로겔을 포함하는 단열층을 위치시켜, 방열과 단열의 이중 기능성을 갖는 복합시트를 제공하며, 특히, 그라파이트 시트 상에 암모니아 등을 이용한 별도의 표면처리를 적용하지 않더라도 방열층과 단열층이 에어로겔 형성 과정에서 잘 결합되어 보다 단열 및 방열 기능이 우수한 복합재료를 제공할 수 있다.
