According to the present invention, provided is a computing apparatus for determining damage information of a facility in a rental property. The system includes: a database formed to store a plurality of pieces of rental property information, a plurality of pieces of lessor information and a plurality of pieces of lessee information by relating the pieces of information with each other; an information registration module formed to receive information of a rental property from a user terminal; a photo registration module formed to take a photo in accordance with a photo registration request from the user terminal; a time stamp module formed to store the photo and the received information of the rental property in the database by relating the photo and the information with a time stamp; a damage confirmation module formed to determine damage information of facilities in the rental property by comparing photos of the facilities in the rental property stored in relation to the first time stamp to photos of the facilities in the rental property stored in relation to the second time stamp in response to a damage information confirmation request from the user terminal; and an output module formed to provide the damage information of the facilities in the rental property as determined by the damage confirmation module to at least one of the user terminal and an owner terminal of the rental property.
