A method for curing a coating film of a film substrate according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of transferring a film substrate on which a coating film is formed by applying a coating liquid containing a polymerizable liquid crystal; a first curing step of firstly curing the coating film by irradiating ultraviolet rays to the transferred film substrate; and a step for second curing of the coating film by refolding the film substrate subjected to the first curing step by a drum to change the conveying direction, and irradiating ultraviolet rays to the opposite surface of the opposite surface of the film substrate facing the drum. 본 발명의 일 측면의 일 실시예에 따른 필름 기재의 도막 경화 방법은, 중합성 액정을 포함하는 도포액이 도포되어 도막이 형성된 필름 기재를 반송하는 단계; 상기 반송되는 필름 기재에 자외선을 조사하여 상기 도막을 1차 경화시키는 제1경화 단계; 및 제1경화 단계를 거친 상기 필름 기재를 드럼에 의해 되접어 반송방향을 변경시키되, 상기 드럼과 대향되는 상기 필름 기재의 대향면의 반대면에 자외선을 조사하여 상기 도막을 2차 경화하는 제2경화 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
