Summary: | The present invention relates to a folding type lithium air battery and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the folding type lithium air battery and the manufacturing method thereof, wherein positive and negative electrodes are repeatedly stacked with a separator therebetween and the separator is bent to surround an edge portion of one direction of the positive and negative electrodes so as to manufacture the battery in a zigzag shape. Therefore, a battery capacity and a battery life are improved, a short circuit phenomenon of the electrode is prevented, and the risk of explosion or fire is reduced by using nonvolatile electrolytes, thereby having improved battery stability.
본 발명은 폴딩형 리튬공기전지 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 분리막을 사이에 두고 양극과 음극을 반복적으로 적층하되, 분리막이 양극 및 음극의 일방향 가장자리부를 감싸도록 꺾여서 지그재그 형태로 전지를 제조함으로써 전지용량 및 전지수명을 증대시키는 동시에 전극의 단락현상을 방지하고 비휘발성 전해질의 사용으로 폭발 또는 화재의 위험성을 낮추어 전지 안정성이 향상된 폴딩형 리튬공기전지 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
