The present invention relates to an acrylic copolymer and, more particularly, to an acrylic copolymer comprising a repeating unit derived from a main monomer and a portion derived from a chain transfer agent. The present invention provides an acrylic copolymer, a method for preparing the same, and an acrylic copolymer composition comprising the same, in which the repeating unit derived from the main monomer includes a repeating unit derived from an (meth)acrylate alkylester monomer, a repeating unit derived from an (meth)acrylate alkoxyalkylester monomer, and a repeating unit derived from a crosslinkable monomer; the portion derived from the chain transfer agent is derived from a chain transfer agent containing a carbonothioylthio group; and the portion derived from the chain transfer agent is contained in an amount of 0.03 to 0.08 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the repeating unit derived from the main monomer. 본 발명은 아크릴계 공중합체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 주단량체 유래 반복단위 및 연쇄 이동제 유래부를 포함하는 아크릴계 공중합체에 있어서, 상기 주단량체 유래 반복단위는 (메타)아크릴산알킬에스테르 단량체 유래 반복단위, (메타)아크릴산알콕시알킬에스테르 단량체 유래 반복단위 및 가교성 단량체 유래 반복단위를 포함하고, 상기 연쇄 이동제 유래부는 카보노티오일티오(carbonothioylthio)기를 함유하는 연쇄 이동제로부터 유래된 것이며, 상기 연쇄 이동제 유래부는, 상기 주단량체 유래 반복단위 100 중량부에 대하여, 0.03 중량부 내지 0.08 중량부로 포함되는 것인 아크릴계 공중합체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 아크릴계 공중합체 조성물을 제공한다.
