Summary: | The present invention relates to a composition for analyzing DNA sequences and a DNA sequence analysis method comprising a step of treating the same in a sample. The composition of the present invention enables efficient optical identification, particularly at the level of a single DNA molecule, by simultaneously binding an A/T specific DNA-binding agent and a non-specific complementary DNA-binding agent to DNA, and thus can be favorably used to study protein immunolocalization, chromosomal configuration of the genome, and the like.
본 발명은 DNA 서열 분석용 조성물 및 시료에 이를 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 DNA 서열 분석 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 조성물은 DNA에 A/T 특이적 DNA-결합제 및 비특이적인 상보적 DNA-결합제를 동시에 결합시킴으로써 특히 단일 DNA 분자(single DNA molecule) 수준에서 효율적인 광학적 식별이 가능하므로, 게놈의 염색체 구성 및 단백질 면역 조직화(immunolocalization) 등을 연구하는 데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. |
