An objective of the present invention is to easily identify the cause of a problem in processing results. A plurality of cameras (41-44) are mounted at prescribed points of a processing device (1). An operator can refer to the log data to check an image of the processing device (1) when each operating state occurs. Therefore, when a problem occurs in processing results, the operator can use the image of the processing device (1) in addition to the content of the operating state recorded in the log data to investigate the cause of the problem.
