According to an embodiment of the present invention, a fuel cell capable of detaching a cell monitoring connector comprises: a plurality of separating plates which are separated to each other in a first direction and include an accommodating groove in a side unit, respectively; and a plurality of gaskets which are arranged around the accommodating groove of each of the separating plates and include a clasp shape. The cell monitoring connector includes: a housing which allows at least a portion to be accommodated in an accommodating space defined by the accommodating groove of each of the separating plates; and a plurality of connecting terminals which are inserted into the housing and are connected to the plurality of separating plates. The housing includes: a body which allows at least a portion to be accommodated by being inserted into an accommodating space in a second direction intersecting the first direction; and a lever unit which is moved in a third direction intersecting the first and second direction by pressure, respectively and includes a protrusion which is hooked on the gaskets of the clasp shape or is separated.
