The present invention relates to a rubber band fixing type eco bag. That is, according to the present invention, the eco bag comprises: an eco bag body capable of storing a content; an eco bag strap portion provided on an upper end of the eco bag body and configured to allow the eco bag to be carried on the shoulder; a shoulder contact portion provided at the center of the eco bag strap portion and brought into contact with the shoulder when the eco bag is carried; and a rubber band portion provided on a bottom surface of the shoulder contact portion and configured to fix the shoulder contact portion to the shoulder. Accordingly, the rubber band fixing type eco bag is advantageous in that when the eco bag is carried by means of the rubber band portion, the shoulder contact portion can be fixed rather than slipping down from the shoulder, that a clip is not used, and thus, the eco bag can be easily manipulated, that when fixed, the eco bag does not require an auxiliary strap, and that when the rubber band portion is used as a pad, the physical strain can be reduced. 본 발명은 고무밴드 고정식 에코백에 관한 것이다. 즉 본 발명은, 에코백에 있어서, 내용물을 담을 수 있는 에코백몸체, 상기 에코백몸체의 상단에 어깨에 멜 수 있게 해주는 에코백끈부, 상기 에코백끈부 중앙에 에코백을 멜 때 어깨에 닿는 어깨접촉부, 상기 어깨접촉부 밑면에 어깨접촉부를 어깨에 고정 할 수 있는 고무밴드부 으로 구성함으로써 상기 고무밴드부에 의하여 에코백을 멜 때 상기 어깨접촉부가 어깨에서 흘러내리지 않고 고정이 가능하며 클립을 사용하지 않아서 조작이 편하며 고정시 보조 끈이 필요하지 않고 상기 고무밴드부를 패드로 이용할 경우 육체적 부담을 덜어준다.
