Summary:Disclosed are a system for controlling an automated guided vehicle and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system comprises: an automated guided vehicle (AGV) transporting parts by moving along guided lines designed at the bottom of the factory; and a server displaying a guided line map of the factory on a screen through an AGV path setting UI and setting AGV motion information in consideration of a transport path of the AGV and a link direction between nodes adjacent to each other included in the transport path according to selection of nodes existing on the guided lines to transmit the AGV motion information to the AGV through a wireless repeater. 무인운반차량 통제 시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 무인운반차량 통제 시스템은, 공장의 바닥에 설계된 유도선을 따라 이동하여 부품을 이송하는 무인운반차량(Automated Guided Vehicle, AGV) 및 AGV 경로 설정 UI를 통해 상기 공장의 유도선 맵(MAP)을 화면에 표시하고, 상기 유도선에 존재하는 노드 선택에 따른 상기 AGV의 이송경로와 상기 이송경로에 포함된 서로 이웃하는 노드 간의 링크 방향을 고려한 AGV 모션정보를 설정하여 무선 중계기를 통해 상기 AGV로 전송하는 서버를 포함한다.
