Summary: | The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a high calorific biomass molded fuel for replacing coal for a thermoelectric power plant, which has an improved value of 4,000 to 4,300 kcal/kg as compared with a low heating value of about 3,900 kcal/kg of an existing biomass molded fuel and has an excellent productivity and an excellent fuel quality. The method for manufacturing a high calorific biomass molded fuel for replacing coal for a thermoelectric power plant according to the present invention includes: a step of drying biomass to adjust the moisture of the biomass; a step of supplying a vegetable oil by-product and agitating the vegetable oil by-product together with oil at a varying temperature; a post-treatment agitation step of mixing the biomass with a mixture of the vegetable oil by-product and the biomass after the agitation at a varying temperature, diluting the mixture to adjust the content of the vegetable oil, and inducing a uniform state; a compression forming step of forming a product; a compression cooling step of removing frictional heat generated during the compression forming step; a post-treatment cooling step of maintaining the strength of the produced finished product; and a sorting step of removing defective products below the standard, such as foreign substances, among the finished products.
본 발명은 기존 바이오매스 성형연료의 저위 발열량 기준 약 3,900 kcal/kg보다 개선되어 4,000 ~ 4,300 kcal/kg의 향상된 열량을 가짐과 동시에 생산성과 연료품질이 우수한 화력발전소 석탄 대체용 고열량 바이오매스 성형연료의 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 화력발전소 석탄 대체용 고열량 바이오매스 성형연료의 제조방법은 바이오매스의 수분을 조절하기 위해 건조하는 단계, 식물성 오일 부산물을 공급하여 바이오매스와 가온교반하는 단계, 가온교반 후 식물성 오일 부산물 및 바이오매스 혼합물에 추가로 바이오매스를 혼합하여 식물성 오일 함유량을 희석조절하고 균질한 상태로 유도하는 후처리 교반 단계, 제품성형을 위한 압축성형 단계, 압축성형 시 발생하는 마찰열을 제거하기 위한 압축냉각 단계, 생산된 완제품의 강도유지를 위한 후처리 냉각 단계, 완제품 중 이물질 등 기준 이하의 불량품 제거를 위한 선별단계를 포함한다. |
