The present invention relates to a functional sole attachment having a splash protection function. According to the present invention, the functional sole attachment comprises: a fixing device fixing the attachment and a sole; a porous attachment absorbing water; and a connection portion connecting the fixing device and the attachment. Accordingly, the objective of the present invention is to primarily allow the attachment to absorb water to prevent the sole from getting wet even when a user steps in a puddle on a rainy day and secondarily reduce splashing of the water stepped by a shoe to prevent the upper surface of the shoe from getting wet. Moreover, differently from an existing invention, the attachment fundamentally prevents the splashing and the upper and lower portions of the attachment are symmetrically formed, thereby being worn in an upside-down manner. The fixing device connecting the attachment and the shoe is formed by both upper and lower devices, thereby being worn even after simple overturning. The fixing device is made of an elastic material, such that a length difference, which is generated in the connection portion when the attachment is overturned. Moreover, the upper portion of the attachment is hard and has large friction with a floor, thereby preventing a stream of water and slipping when being used indoors in the upside-down manner. 본 발명은 물튀김 방지를 포함한 기능성 밑창 부착물에 관한 것이다. 즉 본 발명은 부착물을 밑창과 고정시켜주는 고정장치; 물을 흡수해주는 다공성물질 부착물; 고정장치와 부착물을 연결하는 연결부위로 구성함으로써 비가 오는 날 웅덩이를 밟아도 부착물이 물을 흡수함으로서 1차적으로 신발 밑창이 물에 젖지 않게 함을, 2차적으로 신발에 밟힌 물이 튀어오르는 것을 줄임으로써 신발 윗면도 젖지 않는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기존의 발명과 달리 물을 튀기는 것 자체를 방지하고, 부착물을 위 아래 대칭적으로 구성함으로써 거꾸로 신을 수 있게 한다. 또한 부착물과 신발을 연결시켜주는 고정장치도 위쪽 장치와 아래쪽 장치 양면으로 제작하여 간단하게 뒤집기만 해도 착용이 가능하게 하며 연결장치의 재질을 탄성있는 재질을 사용하여 부착물을 뒤집었을 시 발생하는 연결부위의 길이 차이를 방지하며 위 부분의 부착물은 딱딱하고 바닥과 마찰력이 크게 만들어져 실내에서 거꾸로 신을 때 물 흘러내림이나 미끄러짐을 방지하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이다.
