The method for collecting voice data comprises the steps of: receiving user input including requirements related to the collection of voice data; searching for a target user matching the requirements among a plurality of users based on a user database; transmitting a request message for requesting the recording of the voice data to a terminal of the target user; receiving the voice data recorded by the target user from the terminal; and storing the received voice data. 음성 데이터 수집 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 음성 데이터 수집 방법은 음성 데이터의 수집과 관련한 요구 사항을 포함하는 사용자 입력을 수신하는 단계, 사용자 데이터베이스에 기초하여, 복수의 사용자들 중에서 요구 사항에 매칭되는 타겟 사용자를 탐색하는 단계, 타겟 사용자의 단말에 음성 데이터의 녹음을 요청하기 위한 요청 메시지를 전송하는 단계, 단말로부터 타겟 사용자에 의해 녹음된 음성 데이터를 수신하는 단계, 및 수신한 음성 데이터를 저장하는 단계를 포함한다.
