Summary:A method for engine synchronization control with noise stiffness, which is applied to an engine system (3), includes noise signal stiffness control, by which an error in an engine angle due to noise for a CKP signal from a crank position sensor (CKPS) is corrected suitably to an actual engine position at a missing tooth, which has been recognized to be closest to the noise while engine synchronization is maintained, when an engine electronic control unit (ECU) (6) determines whether the compatibility of the CKP signal is poor by using the noise. Therefore, the synchronization can be maintained by continuing to calculate the engine angle even when a problem occurs in determining the compatibility of the CKP signal and, in particular, the engine angle is corrected suitably to the actual engine position at the closest missing tooth recognized during the calculation of the engine angle, thereby removing an angle error due to the noise without cancelling the synchronization. 본 발명의 엔진 시스템(3)에 적용된 노이즈 강건성을 갖는 엔진 동기화 제어 방법은 엔진 ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(6)가 CKPS(Crank Position Sensor)의 CKP 신호에 대한 노이즈로 CKP 신호 적합성 불량 판단시 엔진 동기화를 유지한 상태에서 상기 노이즈에 대해 가장 가깝게 인식한 미싱 투스(Missing Tooth)에서 상기 노이즈에 대한 엔진 각도의 오차가 실제 엔진 위치에 맞게 정정되는 노이즈 신호 강건성 제어를 포함함으로써 CKP 신호 적합성 판정에서 문제가 발생해도 계속적인 엔진 각도 계산 수행으로 동기화를 유지하고, 특히 엔진 각도 계산 수행 중 인식된 가장 가까운 미싱 투스(Missing Tooth)에서 실제 엔진 위치에 맞는 엔진 각도 보정이 이루어짐으로써 동기화 해지 없이도 노이즈에 대한 각도 오차 해소가 가능한 특징을 갖는다.
