Summary: | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an electrode for a redox flow battery, an electrode for a redox flow battery and a redox flow battery prepared thereby. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a slurry composition in which conductive carbon, silica beads, a binder resin and a solvent are mixed; (2) coating the slurry composition on a substrate to form a slurry coating layer (hereinafter referred to as a ′carbon coating layer′); and (3) removing silica beads from the carbon coating layer. The redox flow battery can exhibit excellent battery efficiency.
본 발명은 (1) 전도성 탄소, 실리카 비드, 바인더 수지 및 용매가 혼합된 슬러리 조성물을 제조하는 단계; (2) 상기 슬러리 조성물을 기재 상에 코팅하여 슬러리 코팅층(이하, '탄소 코팅층'이라 함)을 형성하는 단계; 및 (3) 상기 탄소 코팅층으로부터 실리카 비드를 제거하는 단계;를 포함하는 레독스 흐름전지용 전극의 제조방법, 이에 따라 제조된 레독스 흐름 전지용 전극 및 레독스 흐름 전지에 관한 것이다. |
