A rotation preventing structure of a side sill is provided. The rotation preventing structure of the side sill according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first pipe which absorbs an impact applied to a side seal of a vehicle; a second pipe which accommodates the first pipe and is fixedly installed to the seat frame of the vehicle; and a coupling unit for coupling the first pipe and the second pipe while passing through the first pipe and the second pipe so that the first pipe can slide in the second pipe. 사이드 실 회전 방지 구조가 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 사이드 실 회전 방지 구조는 차량의 사이드 실에 가해지는 충격을 흡수하는 제1 파이프, 상기 제1 파이프가 수용되며, 차량의 시트 프레임에 고정 설치되는 제2 파이프 및 상기 제1 파이프 및 제2 파이프를 체결하되, 상기 제1 파이프가 상기 제2 파이프 내에서 슬라이딩 가능하도록 상기 제1 파이프 및 제2 파이프를 관통하여 체결하는 체결부를 포함한다.
